In around 1 hour 30 minutes (ascent +391 m), this route takes you across the granite plateaux of the Margeride and past picturesque hamlets.
On the Route des Savoir-Faire de Haute-Loire, extend your experience by meeting passionate craftsmen. In Saugues, the Lainerie du Gévaudan plunges you into the world of wool, from shearing to felting, carding and spinning. Not far away, the Gévau'verre glassblower reveals his unique skills. Through the magic of fire, he shapes delicate, colourful objects.
